Quality Engineer – Manufacturing – Oxfordshire

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Oxfordshire, is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality professional to make a real impact in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and improve quality management systems in line with industry standards.

• Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analyses to ensure products meet quality expectations.

• Work closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.

• Monitor quality data, trends, and performance, providing actionable insights.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials and components meet required standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Quality Engineer, ideally within manufacturing.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Experience with inspection techniques, statistical process control, and root cause analysis.

• Excellent communication skills and team-working abilities.

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
