Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician role:

* Assist in the production of detailed technical drawings and construction packages* Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and straightforward construction details* Support project teams across multiple RIBA stages* Assist with planning applications and Building Regulations submissions* Liaise and coordinate with architects, technologists, and external consultants* Attend project meetings and carry out occasional site inspections

Required Skills & Experience

* Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field* Previous experience within a UK architectural practice* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction techniques* High attention to detail with a proactive attitude to learning* Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
